Into the Woods - Root Chakra Blend

The root chakra is associated with feelings of safety and grounding. This chakra provides the foundation on which we build our lives, it is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy into the manifest world.

For a person who has a root chakra imbalance it might be hard to feel safe and secure. Fear becomes a primary emotion as the desire for security dominates and can translate into concerns over the job situation, physical safety, shelter, and health, eating disorders and weight management issues also occur as a symptom of a root chakra imbalance.

This earthy scented crystal charged essential oil blend works with the vibrational field of the root chakra to bring it into balance. This blend is earthy with a hint of sweet vanilla.

Organic oils that make up this blend include:

Patchouli is both grounding and emotionally balancing, allowing the brain and body to relax.
Vetiver is deeply balancing, calming, and grounding.
Myrrh is known to lift negative moods, promote the feeling of being grounded, and encourage the feeling of spiritual awakening.
Cedarwood, another grounding oil also is known for it's ability to harbor a sense of community , belonging, and safety.
Damiana is very calming and often relieves nervousness.
Vanilla CO2 is also very calming and the scent blends deliciously with the above wood and root oils.

Black Obsidian is a strong grounding stone that helps release fear and anger.
